Scum Video: SOURVEIN live 1996

Here's some more stuff from the Live at the Caboose Archives which were video taped by my good friend Andy Miller back in the day. The Caboose was a small bar / dive just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. From 1995 to 1999 it was the home of extreme music in this area where I live. Punk and Metal were on the music menu at the Caboose. I use to work there as well as the fuckin bouncer. (I was a good one as opposed to the usual assholes) So I got to see all of these great shows.

For those of you who know the band now as a Southern Sludge act you must be surprised to see SOURVEIN started out copying BUZZOV-EN, even down to the bad drug habit. In the early portion of the video when T-Roy is asking if anyone was in the club from Durham, the thing is Durham is where people would go to buy their heroin.

You can make your own judgement on whether or not T-Roy is fucked up in this video or not.

They were opening up for ANTISEEN this night.
